I bought these as a direct replacement for a set of tip out hinges installed in 1996. The previous set had worn out. The new set installed easily and works wonderfully. Since the new hinges seem to have the same design as the old ones, I expect another dozen years out of the new set. That's not quite as long as I'd like, but that is far better than I've seen mentioned for other products.

Bought for my friend in England who needed them to complete her kitchen. She loves them and asked me specifically to bring them as her local stockist had sold out.

Was a bit hard to install but that's because I was replacing the old hinges that broke. So, I spent time trying to fit square pegs into round hole (figuratively) Once I got them in, these worked great. They are holding the tip out tray open fully and easily. The opening is so smooth I keep thinking something is wrong!

I just installed a pair of these on our kitchen sink tip-out tray. These are much better than the ones installed by the cabinet maker only 3 years ago. These hinges swing out twice as far and hold the tray open. Thanks Rockler!

Easy installation into the face frame of my client's cabinets. Be sure to measure for the proper overlay and attach to the face accordingly. These hinges stay open and work great.

This hinge is a great improvement over the originals we installed 7 years ago. I only wish the hinges came with suggestions for installation, it can be a bit tricky.

T were purchased to replace the hinges that were supplied with a bathroom vanity. Installation was somewhat difficult, but only because I was working in cramped quarters. These work more smoothly than the hinges that they replaced. This was a great value.

Great hinge, but when you order them without the trays be sure you go to the more info section and down load the instructions and template - they do not come with the hinges.

I had an "off the shelf" cabinet that I adapted for a shallow location, but wanted something better than a false front for the drawer. These hinges worked great. As noted in other reviews, some type of installation instructions showing clearances and such would have been helpful. However, a trial set-up with some scrap wood was easy and gave me a clear idea of how to best position the hinges. Overall assessment, excellent product for a reasonable price.

I found these hinges impossible to install accurately without removing the entire sink. Plus the hinges are cheesy and have lots of slop in the mechanism. Looking for another brand with a softer close and maybe a two part hinge (that would make installation predictable), like the cabinet door hinges.

This is a strong sturdy hinge that is simple. I first bought a kit from a home center. It came with 10" bin and 2 hinges. Those hinges started to bend the first few times I opened and closed them. It also was difficult/awkward to open the first few times. It would not hold the false front tight to the cabinet. I have installed these before with no problem. Once I got these hinges I compared them to one from kit and these are like 3 time thicker and more simple. I did used the bin from kit so it was not all bad.

I had to replace two hinges just like these. [] They worked great. If you need these hinges, they will work.
