The GRR-Ripper is a precision, guidance, and 3D Push Block System designed to feed wood on a table saw safer than you can with your hands alone and more accurate and more precise than with conventional push blocks. The results will be better projects with less waste and fingers intact. With its 3-Directional control, it gives you downward, forward, and lateral pressure on the stock for maximum control and safety.

It's patented design eliminates the need for bare-hand feeding where the GRR-Ripper serves as a virtual movable saw guard that travels with your hand, rather than a saw guard that is affixed to the back of the table saw, or one that hovers above it. The GRR-Ripper becomes an unyielding barricade between the table saw blade and both of your hands. Maximizing the use of your materials no longer has to compromise your safety. Aside from the safety, you truly get better cuts. Seeing is believing. Watch a video Demo of the GRR-Ripper by clicking on the ''Videos'' tab above.

I like these even more on my router table than I do on my table saw. I purchased two of these so I could safely rip some longer pieces. Most of the time I've got one set up for the table saw and one for the router table. The price may look steep but once you get them home and see the quality of the design you'll think thy're a bargain. They are remarkably versatile. You do have to adjust these things almost every time you start cutting wood of a differnt size and that burns time. Five stars for quality and safety though! safety is worth the time it takes. I've tossed my push sticks in a junk drawer.

I purchased one years ago at a woodworking show, and have hardly ever used it. 3 days ago I ran the tip of my finger into my table saw blade. I was pushing with my hand, and took my eyes off of the blade for 2 seconds. Mainly just a nick, but it was a wake-up call.I dug my GRR-Ripper out and decided to give it another try. I'll never use my saw again without it. I'm about to purchase a 2nd one, because some improvements have been made over the earlier model that I own.

Thr GRR-Ripper is one of those items that you say, "Why didn't I think of that?" I use mine all the time. Can now make cuts that were impossible without it and so safe. Will be adding the 1/8" attachment and possiblly the "Handle Bridge" It's not like you feel safer, you are safer using the Grr-Ripper!

I am so glad I found this tool. I cut a lot of small pieces on my table saw. I use it on every cut and it gives me great piece of mind. Some cuts A lot of thought and engineering went into the tool

This Jig is awesome and once again very safe.

A way to level your workbench. Doesn't grip anything! Forget about melamine and cedar. Requires constant time-consuming adjustments after cuts that either A) make you shut you table saw off after every cut! or B) you make the adjustments with the saw running which is dangerous and defeats the purpose. I often found myself peaking close to the blade to make sure the Gripper cleared it. Also had problems with the Gripper sliding off work pieces halfway through the cut which resulted in burned cuts and kickback. Any shop-made push stick would be far superior in practical use. It is also counterintuitive to run your hand over a spinning blade, regardless of the safety this product claims to afford. Also, one of the threaded inserts was stripped on mine right out of the box.

I have been using the GRR-RIPPER for some time and find this product to be an excellent jig. My last purchase from you is permently set up with 1/8" leg for cutting narrow strips, so now I have 3 units.

Just what I needed! Thank you and my fingers say thank you. Ripping down walnut stock on a table saw to 1/4 inch, with out the fear-factor. Glad I got two grripers like your DVD shows for working longer stock pieces. A great safety tool for all my saws, router, jointer and even the sanding/shaper table. Now my best friend in the shop.

Simply the best/safest jig i've ever used. Saves my fingers and prevents kickback. I recommend getting two with the DVD and handle bridge accessories. I feel so much safer working on the table saw and router table with grr-ripper. I don't make a cut without it!

Bought it, had it delivered, assembled it, quickly watched the video, went to the shed and tried it (simulating some previous tricky cuts)....came back inside and immediately ordered a second one.
I can see myself ordering more and setting up dedicated combinations.

Can't imagine someone not giving this a 5* rating. Is the best safety devise you can use. No need for featherboards with this. If you find the legs hard to slide, use a cooking spray or better yet Top Coat.

This is a wonderful product. It is well built and well thought out. I ordered one for work, and after using it, I had to order one for my shopt at home. It only took a few cuts to get used to using it. It gives me great confidence while making those tricky cuts. I also use it a lot on my router table. I highly recommend getting the DVD as well.

Makes difficult and dangerous cuts very easy. To make it worth while you need to buy their splitter or make your own. Gives me super clean cuts with my table saw.

This is a very well thought out product. This takes away a great deal of the danger associated with ripping small pieces and makes getting precise cuts easier since it virtually eliminates the drift you can get using a traditional push stick. Solid construction with quality materials. Wish I had this years ago - I still have all my fingers and am now pretty sure I'll always have them! The only slight flaw in the design is solved by adding the handle bridge attachment.

After a kickback while ripping narrow strips of oak, I ordered the GR-Ripper. It gives me a way of having more control and safety to this task.
The instructions that came with the tool are very good. I think I will order the CD for more ideas.

Amazing product. Durable and light weight. Rip thin pieces on the tablesaw with confidence. The high clearance and rubberized gripping surface enabled me to make cuts while clearing the blade. This has added a new level of safety to my shop.
I also use the product on my router table. I love the level of control the GRR-Ripper offers. Again, this tool has given me more confidence in the workshop and allows me to work safely and efficiently.
Not only would I recommend this product to a friend, I am getting a second one to dedicate to the router table.

I always found ripping thin stock (1/4" - 3/4") on the table saw a scary activity. Even with featherboards and push sticks, it always felt a little unsafe, or the piece would wander and not end up with a consistent width.
The Grr-rippers solve the problem. Period. It's safe, accurate, and you can keep your work piece _tight_ to the fence. It has half a dozen other applications - resawing, flush trimming, jointing etc. as well. Buy two of them, use the hand-over-hand method and you can rip anything like a pro.

Very good product. Complete control of keeper and trash sides of the blade. Good for any power tool table where wood I'd pushed though or beside the blade(s).

I have used several push block tools and various safety devices. This is clearly the best. The versatility of the tool adds to its value; the more you use it, the more you realize how to modify it to meet your needs in any specific application. I feel safer using this than ever before. I cannot imagine using my table saw without this tool. I think it is a little pricey, but an essential addition to your workshop "safety kit."

I am kind of new to wood working, I worked years ago in a cabinet shop in my teens, and just started getting back into hobby woodworking, and any tool that keeps hands away and fingers safe this tool does it, one glance at mine and you see how many times a small nick could been a real problem, no shop or person should be with out this gripper I don't care what experince you have saftey first

Great idea. poor build. Made of plastic. The middle piece is near impossible to slide to left or right inorder to miss blade. Works just like cheap plastic. Would not recommend their 50th attempt at the right model.

One of the worst products I have purchased. Sure it keeps your fingers away from the blade, but I found it awkward to use. It doesn't grip the wood firmly. And the slightest change in pressure causes the thin cut piece to become a projectile. I'm sure I might have got a feel for it with enough use, but since I misjudged the distance between the fence and blade the third time I used it, it's now nothing more than a cheap piece of scrap plastic. Save some money and buy the Rockler Thin Rip Tablesaw Jig instead. It's a lot less expensive, very easy to use, quicker to set up, and you can actually see what you're doing.

Once I got my new gripper system I a little worried about it. The first thing they teach you is,,keep your body and fingers away from the blade,,,. so my first few cuts I was always triple checking blade alignment and height, because putting your hand over the blade just felt wrong. But after a short time I was a changed man, and use it for every cut now. I bought 2 more, one for my jointer, and another to use with long pieces. If your like me that feels a little worried about going over a moving blade, this system surely will change your mind, and it is very safe to use.
