I wrote a review about these clamps over 6 years ago and at that time thought they were the best I have ever used. I only had four at the time but when I sold my business two years later, I had aquired a total of 12 of them. I am retired now and have set up my "man cave shop" and one of the first things I bought were some more of these clamps. They are still the best clamps I have ever had. Much better then the twist the handle type clamp. You can add just the amount or pressure you want and the rewind feature on the strap is excellent. I highly recommend them to anyone that wants a wonderful, easy to use clamp.

I have been a woodworking hobbyist for 65 years. Until I recently purchased the ONE HAND RATCHETING BAND CLAMP many gluing/clamping jobs could present a nightmare of frustration. It is a miracle to glue up a joint of ANY angle, apply the strap, one-handed tighten the belt and it puts all of the parts into perfect place. It has become one of the "must have" tools in my workshop. p.s. and the cost is right. Ray

I have always been impressed with Rockler branded items but these have gone over my expectations.

I absolutely love how you press the orange button and it winds in all the extra strap slack. I recently built a dry storage cabinet. Using these clamps I was able to get the correct tension on all corners needed for my Kreg pocket hole jig. Excellent and I highly recommend for cabinet making.

I've used this product 3 times now and with each time I was very satisfied with how it clamped the frame together. Knowing it's been only 3 times I've used the product, I do know I can use it with confidence the next time.

I bought one of these 18 months ago and use it all the time. Although you can buy web clamps that are much cheaper, this one is so much easier to use - it is well worth the extra money. It is a definitely a keeper.

A good quality tool, I recommend using corragated cardboard for the corners on any clamping system.

This clamp is well worth the money. Clamping is a breeze even with large delecate framing. The new style of corners look like they will hold up even longer then the older style that exibited fatigue at the bend after a couple of hundered uses. The banding is able to slip freely through the corners enough to allow for uniform force applied to all corners making the fairly square, I no longer check for squareness.

I've been using band clamps (cargo straps) for years after ruining several items like drawers that really require perfectly square corners. Cargo straps of course require your own corners protectors and sheep skin to protect from your piece from the ratchet handle. This product has it all built in, is easily operated by one hand and winds your strap for you all in one simple tool. It is a must have for anyone making cabinets.

I do not normally write reviews but this is a product that really does work as advertised. I now have two and they are in regular use in my shop.

I have owned and used 2 of these clamps for over a year. I have never had any trouble with them and am amazed at how much clamping force you get from them.
I highly recommend them to anyone clamping boxes or drawers.

I bought it for future use. Like the idea of only having to use one hand to tighten.

This baby works exactly as advertised. Not only does it deliver even, adjustable clamping anywhere you need it, it's absurdly easy to use and adjust. I think of past jobs where I worked so hard (to achieve inferior results) and just shake my head. I wish I'd had this tool years ago! The mechanism is strong and easily tightened or loosened with a single button; the adjustable corner supports slide easily to wherever you need them and fit whatever angle you need. I recommend this highly.

A great clamp, maybe a little too power full than is needed in most instances. How ever most wood workers do not need to clamp that tight. Great product.

Works great, applies even pressure all around without having to run around bigger projects, like single clamps. Would recommend.

Like most woodworkers, I usually work alone...no extra hands for big projects. This one-hand clamp was very impressive and exceeded my expectations! The auto-retract (just press the yellow button) feature made glue up a breeze!

This bander had great tension but the corners are hard to work with. the product is easy to use and simple to operate. It was a must have for my tool box.

I had been searching for a way to assemble picture frames - v-nailers didn't work, right-angle clamps didn't work, but this clamp does. The only thing that comes close to this is the Bessey Variable Angle Strap (a less expensive alternative). The ratcheting clamp is much easier to use, though. The only drawback for some may be that the corner pads actually touch the corner whereas the pads of the Bessey does not. Having the pads touch does ease with corner alignment, though.

Great clamp, I didn't expect such power in the clamping mechanism. For the corner guards, just make yours and you will be very satisfied with this easy to use and very versatile tool.

This is a rugged and well engineered clamp. Easy to use and oh so practical in any woodworking shop. I wish all manufactures would build products of this quality.

I have 4 of these clamps and use them every day in my custom artist stretcher business. I have never had any trouble with them and I would definitely recommend them. I will be picking up 4 more on my next trip to Phoenix. Extremely easy to use and the ability to join two or more together for a much larger frame is invaluable. The best I have used. Thanks

The clamp works well, but in fact I needed two hands to operate it. I didn't find any downside to it except for the fact that it is awkward to use on small projects (those which are not much larger than the body of the clamp itself. Nonetheless, I was able to successfully clamp three small picture frames for glueup (with wax paper in between them, of course) several times with great success. On larger projects, I would expect the clamp to work as well or better than most 90-degree clamps on the market.

Due to mechanism size, it can't be used on medium to small boxes. Otherwise it's a good clamp for frames.

I bought one of these over a year ago, and the hinges on the plastic corner guards failed soon after the first use. However, the quality of the clamp itself is first-rate. I just recived my second one of these, and the corner guards have been improved. They now have metal grommets for the hinge to pivot. We'll see if these last longer.

The clamping mechanism functions well and provides more than adequate clamping pressure. The included corner blocks failed on the first use, I was disappointed in that as I have been forced to make my own yet again. Overall I like this clamp as it functions very well.

The design of this clamp is great. But... I too had the corner guards fail on the very first drawer assembly that I clamped. The clamping mechanism is far more powerful than the corner assemblies can handle.

Great clamp and very easy to use. The corner blocks work, but don't expect them to last as they don't match to quality of the clamp.

"Have been a return customer for a number of years, and a recent experience has really cemented that bond for me. After using my Rockler lighted magnifying lens for a few months, one of the wires from the battery pack came loose. When I contacted Customer Service to inquire about sending the unit back, they instead sent me a brand new one - no questions asked, no return expected, no charge whatsoever. This simple step - coupled with top quality, innovative products - ensured my repeat business more than any other advertising technique or gimmick could ever do. Keep up the good work, Rockler!"
