With front lever disconnect for easy drawer removal and reinsertion. Front face frame hole sized for wood screws. Compatible with 1/2" to 5/8" drawer box thicknesses. Up to 24" wide drawer compatibility. Precision adjustment features slotted holes to allow for front-to-back adjustment of the slide during installation; 1/8" vertical and horizontal drawer front adjustment (1/4 turn cam lock secures drawer front position after horizontal adjustment); and auto-adjust cabinet member positioning. 100 lb. load rating. Clear zinc finish. Self-adjusting face frame bracket (for overlay applications) with 2" depth adjustment sold separately.

1) Submitted by Bob from PA on 9/4/2008 Customer Rating: Heavy duty slides that are built well and function perfectly. There are options on mounting the slides.

2) Submitted by Al Smith, from Maryville, TN on 8/27/2008 Customer Rating: Very thick design. Before you think these will retrofit on your current drawers you'd best look at the drawings. These slides are 1.05" thick. Most cabinet drawer bottoms are only 1/4" - 1/2" from the bottom of the drawer sides. You've almost got to custom-build your drawers to fit these slides. If you want something with a lower profile then go look at the Blum Tandem 562H series.

The drawers do bang shut a bit but the drawers are empty at this time and with materials in the drawers the bang hopefully will be minimized.

In the future, I would order the easy-close as the self-close sliders are a little aggressive when they close. The instructions are somewhat confusing, however a well designed slider.

It was within the weight limit but they were not rigid enough to handle the awkwardness of a large drawer too well. My only real complaint is the instructons. As is often the case they are written by someone who is intimately familar with the product and assumes you are too. If your drawer wasn't made specifically for these slides you will need to do some tweeking. In that case you are on your own.

9) Submitted by Norman Smith, from Yucaipa, CA on 2/11/2008 Customer Rating: I installed two Easy Close slides several months ago. This time I thought I could save money and went with the Self Close. I'm sorry I made the change. The self-close bangs shut, the easy-close eases into the opening. Both are excellent slides and easily adjustable. However, even with the difference in price I prefer the easy-close over the self-close.
