This jig works! It cuts a nice cove with minimal need for sanding. I take incremental cuts and it does not labor my table saw nor does it seem to put much of a side load on the blade so I am not concerned about premature wear on the saw mechanism. For my purposes in a home shop it is just what I needed. No need to buy a high powered router and expensive large cove bits. It is well made and simple to assemble and put into use. I have tried to make my own jig in the past and clamp it to the saw table but this is much much better. I am glad I bought it!

I needed some cove molding for a project made of blue pine as this is not not an item to be found at the local lumber yard, I was in a quandary as how to proceed this coping jig made the perfect molding the first time.

The parallelogram shape makes both set up and the actual cutting simple. A must have for your finish work. Save yourself some effort and get this jig.

I used this jig to cut cove moulding for a clock I am making and it worked great. Recommend to any woodworker who needs to make moulding.

I purchased your cove moulding table saw jig last year and have used it to make feet for several projects. A set of feet would cost around $100 to purchase, but I can make them for $20 with this jig. It's more than paid for itself already. Highly recommend it.

The product works as described, but what type of saw blade would be best? With a 10" 24-tooth ripping blade, I have a good deal of sanding.

So much better than 2 sticks clamped to the table. Before I bought it, I priced the hardware and materials to make a copy and this finished product is a bargain!

I haven't found anything I can't cove cut with this jig. It is so much safer than the homemade one I used prior. Thank you for making a great product!

I found this product to be easy to set up and a breeze to use. Just followed the instructions that came with it and got what I wanted the first time. I also found that the sanding took little effort. This is a well thought out contraption that really works.

Very pleased with this jig. I used it to cut moulding for the New Yankee Shop Clock. Since I used curly maple there was no way I was going to find a stock moulding. Worked out great. I found that several shallow cuts, moving the saw blade up each time worked well. The extra sanding to remove saw marks was not bad at all.

This contraption really works! I don't find myself making large custom moldings too often, but when I need something to match a piece of furniture I'm making and can't find the right wood at the molding shop or lumberyard, this jig is my ticket out of a tight spot. It is easy to set up by following the included directions, and the sawn surface only needs a bit of cleaning up with a gooseneck scraper before final sanding. Best of all, this rig is much safer to use than any similar home-made setups I've seen and used before.

Well done. You can use it also as a guide for straight cuts with a router.

I've used a homemade fence to make cove's and this COVE FENCE is a heaven-sent. The setup on my table saw was a breeze and worked great since I have out-feed table. To go along with this cove fence I have a CMT Crown Molding Set. These two items go together like man & wife
