- Smaller vertical port accepts 2-1/2'' dust hose
- Rubber boot on cabinet end ensures a tight fit

Just installed the Rockler dust right router dual port on my router table. I modified the port by adding a gate after the port and before it enters the router table. I added the gate because I noticed that I lost most of the vacuum on top of the table but had almost all of the vacuum under the table. Now I can open the gate by the router table so I can balance the amount of vacuum at both ends. One more advantage with the gate is that I can close the gate and remove the hose from on top of the table and vacuum the table top.

An excellent idea. One problem was none of my 2.5 hose fittings fit. The outside fittings were too small and the inside fittings were too big. It was easily solved by adding a 2.5" coupler to the dual port with duct tape. Now all of my 2.5" fittings can be utilized. It's now on one of my router tables and doing an excellent job.

Saw one today at the local Rockler store and bought it because it looks like it will be an easy and efficient way to get dust collection from both dust ports on my router table with one connection.

I used this to connect my miter saw port together with a 12"x12" table saw hood that I mounted below my miter saw to collect dust from below the saw. It works just fine. The only thing I had to do was put screws in the 4" hose that came off the bottom of the Dual Port because I used a somewhat rigid hose and the Dual Port is slightly tapered so while tightening the clamp the hose kept sliding off. I think if I used a different type of hose this may not have happened but the hose I used was all I had. After a couple of screws the hose stayed on just fine. I would recommend it for other applications also.

An excellent addition to my router table, I would recommend it. But be advised, you should consider ordering also the 34203 2 1/2" dust hose, AND 3" clamps, in case you don't have them. If your fence is a traditional one with a 2 1/2" dust pickup, as mine is, I also strongly suggest the 34654 2 1/2" hose adapter, so you can plug it in!

Overall very good. The package says that the port "attaches easily to our Dust Right Handle..." It is a very sloppy fit.

Good idea, but poor design, came apart right at the seam, so now it won't stay together properly. It would of been better to actually have this as a one piece unit.

While the dust bucket was superb in fit/finish, thickness of steel and overall design, this dust collection port that attaches to the dust bucket has a major design issue - even though I adequately tightened the ring clamp to secure the collection port rubber adapter to the dust bucket, the weight of the 4" collection hose pulls the collection tube right out of the rubber mount which it was designed to rotate in at the rotation point. I will either have to add a second ring clamp muffler clamp to secure it OR somehow add support to the 4" collection hose so that it's weight does not pull down on the rubber fitting pulling the collection tube right out of the rubber adapter that connects the collection tube to the dust bucket. CAVEAT: I am using a heavy duty, super flexible clear 4" collection hose instead of the light-weight clear hose.

Very useful. Beware that the clamped piece that you see in the picture that goes over your existing 4" pipe is not firmly attached to the T and if you wrestle with the dust collection piping just a little it will come off and you'll have to reattach it.

Dust port works as expected...my only complaint is that it was seperated along the seam. A bit of PVC cement and the clamps solved the problem.

This would be a fine addition to my router table, and would have gotten fives stars, if it had fit the Dust Right Handle.
I bought this specifically for use with the Dust Right Handle and, rather than return it, I wrapped a layer of duct tape around the port. The gives the handle a decently tight fit, but it's only a stop-gap. If you move your dust hose around a lot (like I do), the tape will wear out quickly and need to be replaced often.
