I used a pair of these hinges on a cradle I made for my first child. It is the one featured in Jeff Miller's book titled Children's Furniture Projects. The cradle was awesome however the hinge mechanism used in the plan was only adequate. It used to creak and squeak until I used these pivot hinges. Last thing you want to hear when you are trying to quiet a sleeping baby is a creaky pivot hinge. These hinges worked awesome and it took little thought to adapt them to my project. The first two kids had to endure creaks but my last child slept in peace and quiet. happy customer.

Used the pivot hinges to restore an old glider chair. It was a snap with some minor modifications to the chair framing. Excellent product.

I use these hinges for a folding bench I make. They have proven to be a fine application. The only change I made was to use stainless steel locknuts to allow me to tension them correctly and not have the nut come loose.

I used these hinges on a porch glider after having tried other options and they are by far the best way to go. Easy install and a smooth glide.

I used these on a porch glider. They are very good hinges, and are priced very decent. I put a drop of super glue on the threads to keep the nut from backing off. Other than that they are great.

I have used them on two rocker gliders. Good product but like others, had to apply lock tight to secure the nut.

The hinges are working out well so far for my porch glider. The only problem I had at the beginning was that the factory screws were too short and pulled right out under pressure.

This is a great product that I used to make a porch glider. Easy to use. Had to secure the nut, which worked loose, with epoxy. I will use this product again for similar projects.

This was used to repair a glider rocker that was purchased at a thrift store. We did encounter the nut working itself loose and my husband used epoxy and that seemed to fix it. I now have a glider rocker that I paid $25 total for !!

Pivot hinges work well. I used #6-1" wood screws instead of one included with teh hinges and used locktite on the nuts.

I read the reviews and all are good. I can't understand that these are very cheap. With plastic bushings that wear very fast, They cannot handle any weight at all without wear. Highly disapointed in these.

This is a great product if your looking for a inexpensive alternative to making your own hinges with bearings. I used it to make a pendulum cradle for my daughter. The only drawback is the nut works itself loose the more you rock it. I used some locktight and it seems to have solved the problem.
