I purchased some dining room chairs circa 1940's because they were really interesting. The guy must have saw me coming because after doing some research I knew I was in trouble. I am not handy at these sort of things. They were creaky and unstable and it looked like someone tried to glue them but was unsuccess...money out the window. I saw a review online by a woodworker raving about Wonderlok ...claiming he didn't know how it worked ...it just did the trick. I ordered 4 bottles {used three} for 6 chairs and they are now solid and sturdy. I couldn't believe my good luck.

I applied this to a set of 6 - 70 year old mahogany chairs. Used the large bottle to secure all leg posts and backs. Product worked very well seizing the joints in a matter on minutes. Its very fluid so the wood pulls the glue up into the joint. Its much super glue. Be careful not to get it on your fingers. I accidentally glued the bottle to my finger when some of the product dripped out!

I used this product on chairs in Colorado that had really dried out and the results were outstanding. I used the product on chair in Virginia and I had only one chair that needed a second application. This is a very easy fix to the old loose chair problem.

I used "Wonderlok" on a rocking chair that had been handed down thru generations. I didnt wont to take it apart to fix the loose joints, so I tried "Wonderlok". It did an excellent job, I love it!

After adding new screws with my Kreg jig! clamping and gluing, our 50 year old oak dining chairs still squeaked. I used WonderLok on them because others reviewed it favorably and was not disappointed. I am astonished at how well this glue works and how easy it is to apply. This is the first review I have ever written about any product I have purchased but I felt compelled to share my experience because I am so pleased with the result. I haven't used it on anything else but if your chairs are loose and squeaky this is the product for you.

We import antigues from Europe and buy antiques locally. Over the years rockler has been one of my best sources for materials and tools. I look at Rockler first for the things I need. This Wonderlock 'Em is a profit maker. The alternative to this product is to take the furniture apart and re-glue and clamp. I love the innovative tools that make shop work a pleasure.

Did a wonderful job on an old very squeaky rocker and wooden highchair - just be sure to follow directions, it's runny and only a little is necessary too much and it will run out of the joint and possibly mar the finish. It does seem to magically be sucked into the joint.

This Wonderlok'Em product worked a miracle on my mother's dining room chairs she has had since I can remember. I read about Wonderlok'Em in our newspaper in a section with the "Happy Handyman" Johnnie Chuoke, you can't go wrong with his recommendations. This product is easy to use and dries quickly. There aren't any more creaking spindles or legs and the chairs feel rock solid. We have since reordered to finish the job.

I was skeptical when I bought WonderLok 'Em since the description sounded too good to be true. When it came time to use the glue I couldn’t even imagine what it would stick to since the gaps in some of the loose joints were HUGE. I remember thinking, “I hope this stuff can stick air to wood since that’s all I got for a joint.” I just followed the directions and now the chairs don’t have the slightest movement or even a squeak when you sit in them. After about a week the worst joint loosened slightly when someone leaned back in the chair but I simply reapplied some glue and haven’t had a problem since. This is easy to use, makes no mess, and really works.
Just an update - On March 16, 2009 I used WonderLok 'Em to fix dining room chairs that were falling apart. It is now September 24, 2010. We use the chairs daily. I have teenage kids that CONSTANTLY lean back in them, and friends who are heavier than they ought to be testing their limits. There still isn't even as much as a squeak when you sit down. Not a single joint has loosened. Still amazed!

I repaired six antique chairs (legs and backs) with it. Four of the 6 were previously repaired with typical wood yellow glue but the repairs didn't hold-- and it looked ugly. This stuff is easy to use and you can be neat with it. A little goes a long way. After many months of near daily use, all chairs are still solid. It works. I was pleasantly surprised and it was quick and easy.

I've tried dowels, screws, yellow wood glue, monkey glue, clamps, straps and you-name-it. One little shot of this stuff and the problem seems to be solved rock-solid. One month later of daily use and the chairs are still working like a solid piece of wood with not even hint of loose creaking or flexing. This stuff works.

I have 60 year old mahogany chairs that are loose. I spent hours taking one apart and gluing - with marginal success. With this product I repaired two chairs in a fraction of time with much better results. Initial results are impressive.

I was amazed at how easy this was to use. I fixed all six of my dining room chairs in 30 minutes and they are holding great. I have done a lot of furniture repair and I have never had anything work this fast and this good. This stuff is unbelievable. This is the greatest product I have ever used.

I have a high bar stool that has loose fitting when purchased. One application fixed the problem. No clamping was applied. I am a very large guy, amd the joints take the stress of my entire weight with no problem. The fix was ready to go in just a few minutes. Much better product than expected. Better than the other brand (which I have used in the past) in my opinion.

I am in the furniture repair business and get chairs with loose joints in my shop all the time. I used to disassemble the chairs, glue and clamp them. This is very time consuming. With Wonderlok 'Em I can do six to eight chairs in less than an hour without taking one chair apart. This stuff is great.

WonderLok 'Em is TERRIFIC! Four of the six chairs of a dining room set I purchased just 18 months ago already had loose leg joints. Having already gone through one local handyman whose wood-glue and clamp repair of an arm joint lasted less than 6 months, I was considering screws or nails. (By someone else -- I'm handy, but not a woodworker.) In the space of an hour, I fixed all the chairs with Wonderlok 'Em. This is a GREAT product.
