I had some problems getting the jig set up, due to poor directions. The fine tune adjustment was a pain to set up, but once I figured it out it worked amazingly. The jig is heavy and really supports the piece you are cutting.

I had been making tenons using other methods and became quite frustrated with the results. This jig along with my table saw made perfect tenons. I no longer had to spend time reshaping tenons to fit the mortises. If you're building long lasting furniture this jig is a must.

My recent purchase of the heavy duty tenoning jig was one of the best purchases I made as of yet. I should have bought one sooner. I used it with my shaper table to make dove tail tenons and the ease of use and accuracy was excelent. It has made my desision to use only dove tail slots for all my shelf work.

Rockler is quickly becoming the "go-to" place for useful jigs and accessories. This tenoning jig is no exception. It's a sturdy, high quality, easy-to-use product that produces very accurate results. I've made tenons for years and have never looked forward to it because of the tedious and/or unsafe approaches I've used. This jig changes all that. If you're unsure-- BUY IT.

After setting up according to directions made a couple test pieces. Much tighter and cleaner than with my homemade jig. It is heavy and solid.
