I have generally been very pleased with Rockler purchases but not this time. The combination square was not square, it was very stiff to adjust, and the finish was not uniform.

-Not square.
-Square does not have a uniform finish; instead, it is pitted with fine black lines.
Summary:
Stick with your Stanley.
