I just received my drill press and was very pleased with the shipping speed. It arrived intact and easy to assemble and setup. I work from a wheelchair and the main point to me was variable speed feature. I couldn't reach the pulleys to move the belts on my old Craftsman. The lever adjustable height control also make using from a wheelchair much easier. The quill on my old Craftsman was beginning to loosen up. This drill press was perfect right out of the box. The side light is a very nice features also.
The only thing I miss is an indexed speed control indicator to make accurate speed readings.
When I set it up almost all the settings were right on, right out of the box.

Only had a chance to use it a few times, but so far love it. Only problem no chuck key was in the box. Called the Delta and they quickly sent a chuck not a key! So I still don't have a chuck key for it. I'm using one from another drill press, but it doesn't fit that well. When I have a chance I will try 1 more time to get a chuck key.

Had a problem when it was shiped. The Quill locking lever was broken off. I had to get an easy out to get the screw out. But Delta did send me a new locking lever in about a week. I haven't had any trouble with it yet.

Immediate problems with variable speed. Upper and Lower Spindle Pulleys slip on shaft causing loss of low speed control. Repaired once, same problem again. Poor manufacturing.
