I only make a few frames a year, but I have to make around 30 6 by 6 frames for my daughters wedding. So I thought i would try the V tool to make them, and see if it made it easier . I wish I would have got the tool years ago I put a frame together in about 5 min. big time saver. Nice little tool. But I'm only making them out of pine, might not work as well on hard wood.

I had tried using a nail gun and brad nails for picture frames. Nothing worked. Then I found this nifty little product. Works great, easy to use, and if you do make a mistake, it is very forgiving. I will not be without it. I'm a beginner at frames, but my wife really wanted specific wood used. This tool makes them look semi-professional. A MUST BUY!

This tool was all I needed to finally get my frames done. I had the wood all cut and ready to go but could not find any good tools or nails to do the job right. This installation tool, together with the framing clamp I got here, let me finish a frame that I think looks great and feels durable.

So far, I've used the Ezy-Framer V-Nail Installation Tool with two pine homemade frames. I also glued the joints. The joints turned out perfectly and the tool made the insertion of the V-nails extremely easy. I inserted the V-nails while each frame was clamped and the pressing of 8 V-nails in each frame took just a couple of minutes. While not a slick as the more expensive V-nail presses, if you only do an occasional frame this product more than suffices.

We are only working with soft woods at the moment, but this tool is extrememly easy to use and has given us clean, beautiful looking joints.

The Ezy-Framer V-Nailer tool has revolutionized making picture frames. Tapping in nails is difficult and the results can be ugly. The V-Nailer is discrete and used to insert.
