Furniture blankets like this one are a must have when transporting items. They provide adequate protection and are useful in other ways after a move. I read on www.smoothmovesupplies.com that furniture blankets re great to use as emergency blankets in cars. When you buy this, you will have not only be safe in moving, but safe during the winter months in case your car breaks down!

Excellent quality for any price. Are a little stiff the first time you use them, but break-in fast. Great for protecting cabinets for transport, or if you get conned in to helping one of the kids move...they're also great for protecting appliances.

My wife sews and says that you could not buy the material for the price of the blankets. The covers are quilted blankets. I can throw out the old covers and sheets I was using. Great purchase.

Compared to other covering products (bedroom blankets and U-haul type furniture covers are too thin and flimsy), these quilted blankets are the preferred protection, since they are really thick, excellent construction and very long lasting. Not only are they used for protecting professionally made cabinet products, during transport, but for covering and protecting upholstered furniture, as well. At [price], they are the best investment, also.
