I use these to secure my adjustable fence on my drill press table and they work well and fast. So much faster than twist knobs !

I used these cam clamps to replace a knurled knob and nut combination that was used on the hieght adjustment for music stands at our church. The middle-schoolers could not quite grasp the concept of snug, and had stipped the threads on the knurled knobs. These clamps perfectly replaced the knob-style tighteners, and will not over-tighten.

I used this clamp on a coin cutting vise patterned after one belonging to a friend. I could not find one to buy so I made it. I built it out of brass and with this clamp it makes a classy looking jig. It is quick and easy to use and has a very even clamping action. Thanks for a great gadget and great service.

Truth be told, I was none to pleased when the kit to adapt the Rockler router table fence to the Bench Dog Phenolic router table turned out to be a pair of 5/16" carriage bolts. This solution works, but will clearly damage the table over the long haul. So, I thought a pair of cam clamps and some ordinary 5/16" bolts with washers would be a better solution, and I was right. Rockler, of course, came through with a nice price and a fine product -- and they're even the right color!

Any time you can apply items such as these to hold in place for you do not want to have moving is a plus in terms of ease and time.

What an outstanding piece of equipment! MUCH MUCH easier and faster than twist knobs, and just as secure. My only complaint is that I didnt buy enough of them the first time, definitely will be buying more. Thanks Rockler for a great price on a great item!

These cam clamps are very easy to adjust and lots easier to use than the twist knobs that came with my dovetail jig. I picked up a pair of these on sale to try out and wished I had bought more.

I got these to hold workpieces down to my CNC micro mill, and it works great with the 1/4-20 T-bolts sold on this site. Very easy and quick to cinch down a piece of material, let the machine do its thing, pop it out and put in another when you've got a lot of parts to make. Real time saver.

Made an excellent replacement to knobs on a router table. I ordered an extra pair because I know I will have another jig soon that can benefit from these. They're well made and very fast to engage/disengage.

I have an application where the quickness of the cam action greatly improves the operation over tightening and loosening a threaded knob. I would like to see Rockler offer a larger size with a 5/16 - 18 NC thread.

I like these a lot better than the other brands. The cam lever is slotted some at the pivot. That allows a little leeway in the length of the bolt. With other brands you have to have exactly the right length bolt or shim the jig if it's too long.

I bought several sets of these cam clamps. I have one on my Kreg router fence to replace the twist knob. I also used 2 on my drill press fence.

Used them just like John Dickinson only for a drill press table. I have t-tracks, not slots. Perfect for tight spaces where my fat fingers have trouble turning knobs. Lots of uses for these clamps.

Are you tired of twisting knobs to secure your jig in a T track? Buy these clamps and use the knobs for drawer pulls etc. Very fast clamp and release and almost "cheap" 9 bucks for a pair.

These will make my shop made drill press fence work a lot smoother. The cam action seems positive with no burrs along tyhe way as it is tightening. One small problem came up that caused me to rate this as something less than Excellent. Of the 6 clamps I received 3 packages one of the threaded cross dowels arrived with some sort of burr, stopping the t-bolt from extending through which of course makes the clamp ineffective. I thought about sending the package back but opted to clean up the threads with a tap I had. That worked fine for me but I'm not certain most woodworkers would have a tap & die set to fix a brand new product like I did. I

I use these clamps in building weaving looms, the ladies like them much better than twist knobs, they are faster and hold much better. I think they just look great -- too bad I don't have a choice of colors.
