This Pen Turning Mandrel system includes a #2 morse taper arbor for use with #2 morse taper lathe, mandrel shaft and knurled nut. #1 morse taper arbor attaches
to mandrel (#23552) for use with #1
morse taper lathe. 10mm mandrel for use with fountain and rollerball pen
bushings. Bushing sets sold separately.

The perfume atomizers are a fun change from turning pens, and offer a chance to really play with shapes and decorations in a slightly larger scale than is possible with most pens. I find using a 5 minute epoxy to glue in the tubes helps to minimize blowouts on these large blanks, especially when turning stabilized burls and snakewood.

Great kit to do! I added white Corian on the ends to simulate ivory. A fine touch is needed, but I find you can be more creative in your design than with pens.
