One of the best buys I have ever made. If you have Jorgenson Pony pipe clamps buy some of these immediately. I can't speak for any other clamp brand. They totally eliminate the Jorgenson's terrible tendency to flop around on the assembly bench.Installation will take a little work with a small hammer and large drift to get the holes concentric, but once installed they are golden. Bought four pair and will buy four more soon.

These pads worked great to raise my Fostner clamps and improve there usefulness they work perfectly with the Rockler pipe clamp brackets creating stable and 90 degree clamp up allowing flexible sizing and the added height now allows more areas to set up my clamps like the floor. Thanks Rockler another good value.

I have several older Pipe Clamps and was able to upgrade them with the Conversion pads. They work extremely well. Clamping is very stable now with the larger pad feet.

The pads fit quite well without any effort. Stopped the clamps from falling over when moving and gluing up wide panels.

I have had a few sets of conversion clamps since they first came out. They worked very well with my older pipe clamps, and I finally got around to buying three more sets to retrofit all of my pipe clamps.

I used them on a set of Pony clamps, the fit was snug, but after a little elbow grease they worked fine.

Using on old Craftman clamps and other brands. Worked well without any modifications.

These worked well for me with no real fitting required. They allowed me to modify my old clamps to work with my Rockler Sure-foot clamps. I was pleased they keep the old clamps at the height of the new Rockler clamps while preventing roll.

I'm using these on some old Pony clamps. The fit on the fixed (i.e. screw) end is not great - the pad is too small to fit around the reinforced area where the screw meets the face. I may end up having to make some modification to the pad to get a good fit.

I have the regular clamp pads (not the conversion ones) on 12 of the Rockler pipe clamps. The pads work as expected, they are a relatively hard plastic, not rubber, which keeps glue from sticking.

The Pony clamps I have aren't the same as the one in your picture and the conversion pads don't fit at all! I am very disappointed with this product as I now have to throw them away and also buy one more of your blue clamps.

Before you put on the tail end (not the turning end)it is important to ream out the hole with a half round file in order to get it to slide without grabbing the pipe. Once you have done that. You must smash the turning end ones with a mallet till it's all the way in, then it's good.

These Sure Foot Conversion Pads are a great idea, but most of them will break when you have to force them onto the jaw with the crank handle. It looks like the pads were designed for the jaw that is adjustable with the spring clamps and they failed to make sure they fit the jaw with the handle.
I ordered eight pairs and most of them broke when I tried to install them. Even shaving the slot bigger with a knife did not work. I wound up reinforcing the broken ones with glass reinforced tape.
There is no doubt that Rockler would have taken them back, but for cost and they still may be usable with the tape, it is not worth the hassle.

The concept and quality is superb. However, after I bottomed out the clamp into the pad the holes in the pad and clamp did not line up.

The product did not fit my Pony clamps or my Craftsman clamps. I will have to modify the conversion pads to make them fit the Craftsman clamps and they will not fit my Pony deep clamps.
