Easy to use. Great results. Maximum dado capacity of blades limited by my Sawstop, but don't think I will ever need to cut a dado that wide.

The SD608 is doing a great job, just a advertised. The edges are clean, the bottom is flat and smooth. The one thing I am disappointed in is that the arbor bolt on my saw is not long enough to take advantage of the full width of the dado.

The full function of the set is limited by the length of your arbor bolt, as indicated by other reviews. In addition, the included wrench does not fit my saws arbor nut and the recessed hub does not allow me to use my saws wrenches. Not enough clearance to use a socket wrench. I can't cut even a 1/4 dado.

Love the dial a width dado set! easy to set up and use. My only issue is where do I send it for sharpening? I have spent 3 hours on Internet searching, reading, etc. and have only found a couple of out of state places.

I own a Bosch 4100-09 worksite table saw and wanted to buy the Dial-a-width SD608 after reading a lot of good reviews about . After searching in vain on the Internet, I decided to take a risk {it cost me $$$ to import into Singapore!} and buy the SD608 Dial-a-width dado set. In a nutshell, the SD608 works on the Bosch 4100-09 table saw, but you can't use all the chippers to cut the maximum possible dado width on this table saw. The set is very well-constructed but has limitations for me. I can only safely cut up to a 9/16 inch dado {two outside blades plus two 1/8 inch chippers} on my table saw due to the design of my table saw. I have since come across a FAQ on Freud's website freudtools.com/t-608-compatible.aspx) which spells out the compatibility of the dado set. For those Bosch 4100-09 owners who are considering buying the SD608, the measurements according to Freud's FAQ are as follows: 1. Inside arbor flange diameter {F}: 2 inches 2. Arbor length {AL}: 0.9 inches! Nut{N}=0.3 inches! 3. Wrench size {W}: 0.9 inches {23mm} Hopefully this review helps those Bosch 4100-09 table saw owners who are considering buying the SD608.

I do appreciate what Freud has done for me, the SD608 is a must in my "Toys"; now I can do those dados cuts "tailor made" just perfect fitting. Nothing to be inverest for, even my mother in law is astonished of my improved skills. My table saw is not able to use all the width capacity, but 7/8 is good and even 3/4 is great, no shims! WOW! I may change my table saw but not my SD608, it came to stay with me.
