This kit perfectly plugs 35mm cup and screw mount holes. Kit includes material to repair two hinge sets. the hinge hole repair kit is available in Oak, Maple and Cherry.

These are the best way I know to cover up a mistake. Understand that they are about 3/8" thick with tapered sides so some trial fitting and sanding is needed before you apply the glue. Hopefully, I don't have to use them again but they filled the bill when I needed them.

Building a custom kitchen for a customer I was very upset when I drilled the holes in the wrong side. I remembered seeing this kit in Rockler and decided it was worth a try. The plugs fit very well, the only thing was the grain didn't match very good, but being in red oak it would be hard to get a match.

Great Product!!!! Have custom-made cabinetry being installed and contractor's personnel incorrectly located conceiled hinge pockets in two 78" tall maple cabinet doors. Doors were two of twelve being installed on a "wall of cabinets". Decided to plug holes myself, then have contractor redrill holes, rather than replacing/scraping doors. Plugs for hinge body (35mm) and for hinge screw mounts(8mm)installed perfectly. Some holes required sawing off excess plug material left above door material, then a finish sander easily made plug material flush with door material. A great save with little effort... just add glue (not provided in Rockler kit), and unwanted 35mm hinge holes just disappear.

After buying a house, we realized that two of the kitchen cabinet doors opened the wrong way. These plugs were the perfect solution for the holes left behind the hinge relocation. They fit well and only require the expected finishing to match.

Well made product. Grain matched very well. The only issue I had was that one of the hinge screw hole plugs in each kit was too small. It turned out that I didn't need but one for the two doors I repaired, so it was not that big of a problem. Other than that, the kit works very well.
