I purchased the dead blow hammer specifically for doing dry fitting and glue-ups. As I dry-fitted a cabinet door panel -I reached for the new hammer. It worked perfectly... light taps or heavier hits - it is just what the doctor ordered.

Great dead blow hammer, but only for small pieces. Don't expect pure muscle for large pieces. After all, it is only 10 oz.
