Side space requirements: for 1/2" drawer sides deduct 9/16" from opening width; for 5/8" drawer sides deduct 5/16" from opening width.

You need a good imagination to use these slides. The instructions are absolutely worthless. They require a lot of trial and error to install and the cutting of notches in the front and back of the drawer box. They actually work fairly well, but I'd never use them again.

Overall these drawer slides are good, but installing them will make you miss a lot of the game on Sunday. Instructions are difficult to understand and they are quite expensive.

These are very good quality drawer slides- smooth action and a nice self closing touch. However, they are a real pain to install. The instructions might as well be in [another language] and there is no wiggle room on the drawer size. Plan for a steep learning curve- but the 2nd one is a breeze!
