Looks great, plays beautifully and was easy to install. As a previous reviewer states - I wish there were more to chose from in this 30 note. For that fact alone I may be forced to shop elsewhere for them. But this is very nice and I am happy with it.

This was a replacement for a customer's antique. The look and sound was perfect and the stop was easy to arrange from the existing mechanism. She cried when she heard it again for the first time in years!

The music was excellent and clear at first. It really had a beautiful sound. I put this in a music box that I gave to my daughter. She loved it and still does. I only gave this 3 stars because after a few years of frequent use it's starting to wear out. It's making a terrible clicking sound as the mechanics of the thing spin around and work. I am going to have to replace it. I assumed for this price that it would be of heirloom quality, good for decades of use. Something she could pass on to her own daughter, nope. I am going to have to rip open the music box and replace it.

High quality musical movement. My only complaint is that you only carry two different songs at this price range. This is about the top of my price range for the musical movements and would sure like to see more options. I have been making music boxes for my youngest daughter since she was about 6 and she is now 32.
"Have been a return customer for a number of years, and a recent experience has really cemented that bond for me. After using my Rockler lighted magnifying lens for a few months, one of the wires from the battery pack came loose. When I contacted Customer Service to inquire about sending the unit back, they instead sent me a brand new one - no questions asked, no return expected, no charge whatsoever. This simple step - coupled with top quality, innovative products - ensured my repeat business more than any other advertising technique or gimmick could ever do.
Keep up the good work, Rockler!" -
