Jig works fairly well I still use a bullet level on top just verify level, with longer then 16" full extension slides, the slide tends to fall off the jig. Forget about trying to use this jig unless you have cross pieces on your face frame. which is my issue at this time, the jig will not sit far enough onto the face frame to allow you to clamp it to the work. So I spent the $30 for nothing.

Simple is always better... this jig is like two extra sets of hands that know exactly what they are doing! Worth the money on the first job... free after that!

My experience with Kreg products has been nothing but positive. The Universal Mounting Jig performed as advertised. The jig was well worth the purchase, I typically build face frame cabinetry, so I can not comment on frameless applications at this time. The device was a real time saver, and well worth the dollars spent.

Another quality product built by Kreg and sold by Rockler. My only regret is I didn't find this product much sooner. It is very easy to use and saves a lot of time and excess measurement. Thanks Kreg & Rockler!

Handle opening needs to be larger to make clamping easier & faster.

There are a couple of downsides to this jig. It works best when there is a rail across the carcase at the bottom of the drawer. In addition, the jig is much less useful when mounting long drawer slides than it is when mounting slides whose length is under 2 feet.

This weekend I finished the first drawer that I had ever built. I installed the slides using the jig and to my complete amazement the drawer works perfectly! This is a great tool.

My only regret is that I did not find this product until recently. It's worth every penny I spent on it but it is best suited for face frame cabinetry.

I do not recommend for frameless cabinets. It works better with face frame cabinets.

Worked well for one set of drawers. However, with any installed base trim for a lower drawer it is unusable. Actually found that a long blade tri-square worked about as well.

I thought the magnet on the Kreg would make it better than my hommade jig. However I found the Kreg jig limited in where I could use it. My easy to build jig is T-square shaped with a 16 inch arm inside the cabinet, Kreg should stick with their fine pocket hole jigs.

This won't work for longer extension slides as the slide falls off the jig- I gave up using it and substituted a wood block as a spacer and short adjustable carpenter's square to keep the slide even to the back of the cabinet. Much faster and cheaper.

The jigs I received are not square. This is a real disappointment. I didn't realize this until it was too late. If you buy any, check to make sure they are square the minute you get them.

I've always been a big fan of Kreg products. This product is pretty much worthless for extension slides. Neither the cabinet or drawer side will properly seat in the jig.... the slide body is about 3/32 inch from the drawer or cabinet. I do plan on discussing the problem directly with Kreg.
