What a great tool! Doing a lot of trim work in a kitchen and house filled with angles other than 90 degrees. I like the dual scale readings on this tool, it's weight feels like a good tool, and how easy it makes finding the angles to set up the saw. Highly recommend adding this to your shop!

This tool is great however it is really big.... in the picture i was thinking it would be 4" to 6" but when it came it was ~10"... makes it tough to use on outside corners where one wall is less than 10"...
Other than that, i love it.

I recently completed a crown moulding job that others had turned down due to the large size of the trim. There wasn't alot of extra trim to waste, so getting the angles right the first time was very important. This gauge does that very thing. In the end I had only 4" of trim left and no re-cuts required. That would have not been possible without this tool.

I'm a small contractor who just finished remodeling the interior of a large old house. When I got the job, I knew there would be a lot of crown molding to install. Everyone knows that most old houses (and many new ones) don't have square corners, so I thought that this Angle Finder and a Crown Molding Compound Miter Jig might be a good investment. That's not exactly correct. They were great investments! They paid for themselves in labor-hours saved on the very first day!
This house not only had corners that weren't square, but there were numerous angled walls as well. The Angle Finder made the miter cuts tight and exact, first time, every time. The Crown Molding Compound Miter Jig made each saw cut pretty much stupid-proof. If I were to never use these tools again, they won't owe me a dime!

Mine still looks and works like it did the day I bought it. I mostly use mine for trim work it is a MUST have for stain grade mouldings. Now with that being said you can purchase a simple angle finder for $10 but it does not have numbers so you have to throw it back and forth to your cut man instead of just calling off numbers.

Purchased last year while helping install crown molding for a friend. After fighting with cutting and coping on the 1st phase of job, eating up alot of time. Purchased product and was amazed at the speed and accuracy at which we completed 2nd phase without coping. Dead on at every angle. very precise, passed on to friends and they are also beleivers. Great product.
