Bought this bit to put an edge on the doors and drawers I already built for a bathroom vanity. I first did some test cuts on scraps of birch and liked the edge profile. However since I had already built the doors and drawers to fit my opening I could not use bit since it decreased the size of the material. Since I did like the profile on my next project I will take into consideration this fact when making the doors and drawers.

This bit gave my cabinet doors the professionally finished look I was after. Nice clean cuts. Need to take off very small amounts at a time to avoud chipping hardwood. Was helped by review that warned about the bit making doors smaller.

Nice design. Cuts well. I had a little trouble however because the bit will easily reduce the size of the door if you're not very careful.

Good product. Works as good as a router bit can. Used it for picture frames and it looks great.

In addition to watching for making the door smaller, I ran into a problem with the 35mm, 1/2 inch deep concealed hinge pocket hole on the inside of my doors. When using 3/4 inch material for the stiles, I found the 1/2 inch deep pocket began to slice thru the door on the front side. I had to remake the edges on the stiles and not rout the profile as deep. The slicing occurred right at the curve in the profile.

It arrived quickly as things always do from Rockler. It made precision cuts on my drawer fronts, and seems to be a bit that I've added to my collection that I'll be able to count on for a long time. I edged 8 rather large drawer fronts plus several pieces during setup and it shows no sign that I even used it. Thanks again Rockler.
