They are super heavy duty, have a huge clamping surface, and a quick release. I'm very impressed. I don't have any other parallel clamps to compare them to, but I probably won't buy any other brands.

Finally ordered them with the latest sale through Rockler. Money well spent. Plan on ordering some more of different sizes.

Most of the pictures show the clamps with the NOT INCLUDED clamp blocks. I should have discerned this when I saw the block kit shown separately. As for the clamps, they work will but you need to be aware that they can mar some surfaces. I had to sand them down a bit as another buyer mentioned. Otherwise, nice versatile clamps.
