I use the Long Leather Shop Apron for all activities in my shop as it is more comfortable than I expected.
I was only going to use it while turning wood but I like the pocket arrangement and the adjustible cross strap clip back, make this apron very easy to put on and tske off. Very well made and real deal at the price.

Very durable product, great for power carving. Top pockets are adequate for safety glasses and pens.
Bottom covered pockets can use improvement. The flaps are a great idea to keep saw dust out, but pockets need to be 2-3 inches wider.

Nice to have an apron of fairly thick, tough leather. But the design is idiotic. The pockets are basically useless, being too narrow and tight to fit your hands into with ease. The straps for the apron need to be completely redesigned. To get the apron drawn snug around the torso requires the strap buckle to be pulled way too far to the right side of the body as the strap is way too long on the left side. The pockets need to be much wider and have some expansion room built into them and the straps need to be completely redesigned. Perhaps someone could actually try the apron on after they design it to see whether it works well or not!

The apron is very durable and is great for routing, using a table saw or wood turning. The biggest problem with the apron is the two front pockets; the flaps are a great idea but the pockets are too small to get a 30 ft.tape measure into. The pockets need to be larger but don't do away with the flaps.

Leather quality adequate, poorly designed strap setup, bottom pockets are way too small bordering on useless.

I have to agree with Mr.Tompkins, the maker should use these reveiws to better their product! I can not fit my hand into the pockets to retreive what is there. I need to try and slide it out buy pushing on the out side of the leather! The strapping needs to be improved some how as well, maybe lower on the back/waist area and shorten the non ajustable clip on the belt. I have a 38" waist and the belt is adjusted into the leather apron on my back right and is combursome.
