Plates fit nicely. They are a little flimsy while holding up the head board when bolted to a stand alone bed frame.

These plates were exactly what we have been looking for to convert our antique 3/4 size bed frame to fit a full size mattress. We had to mount them a little differently than what was pictured but they work!!!

I had a head board that was slightly narrower than the bed frame. Using these adapters, I was easily able to connect them and they held the bed frame and head board securely.

The holes on my footboard did not align with the holes on the conversion plate so it couldn't be install properly.

I thought it was going to convert from hook to bolt on, with a few inches extra width. Not so. It is bolt on to bolt on - with a few extra inches width. If I ever have a need for them, I'm sure they will work just fine.
