These work well for the cart I built for my small air compressor and nailers. Would like to see them sold as 2 swivels and 2 stationary wheels. Would recommend for lite duty cart use.

These are strong, easy to install with screw holes in two directions and work well. My only suggestion is to use twice as many as weight rating if used on carpet to allow easier rolling or if long span to prevent wood from bending. But the wheels are solid and roll and turn very well.

Used these to build a base for a home entertainment system. They worked very well being easy to install and supported the weight of the large screen tv easily. A bit tough to roll the unit on carpeting but that was expected. It would have been impossible without these. I'm happy with them.

This is a very heavy duty caster. And they were pretty enough to put on the outside! It gave my table an industrial look. Comes with lots of screws (there are eight holes in each caster so thats 32 screws).

I built a computer desk for a customer that wanted the desk to be mobile. I selected these mainly because of the support it gave to two sides of the cabinet. They were easy to install and the customer loves how easy it is to move across their carpet. Thanks Rockler!

I used these casters on a speakers podium that needs to be easily movable. I recessed the casters so that the base of the podium sits 1/2" from the floor. With the casters it moves easily across short carpet and maybe a little too easily across a hard floor. The way the casters attach add to the rigidity of the item and each caster attaches with 8 screws (included)- very strong. These worked perfect as I did not want the casters to be visible.

Had a request for a console TV base 12" high. TV weighs 160#. The corner casters were easy to fit and kept the cabinet stable and easily moved on carpet.
Thanks Rockler.

I took two old upper kitchen cabinets and screwed them together back to back. Then I put these corner casters on the bottom. With a 3/4" MDF top it became the perfect tool stand for my drill press that is now easy to move around the shop. I've used these corner casters twice before for other projects. They easy to install and raise a cabinet just high enough to be mobile.

I installed on an existing cabinet at my church. We wanted the cabinet mobile but not lifted much higher. Worked great.

I am baffled by all of the positive reviews for this item. These are the worst casters I have ever used or seen. For starters, the wheel fork is just loosely bolted to the mounting plate with no ball bearings to reduce friction in the steering mechanism: it is just two metal plates rubbing against each other making the set of 4 casters impossible to steer or even move in a straight line. To add to the unbelievable design, the plastic wheels amazingly have so little friction traction that there is almost no hope of them tracking a straight line. The end result: the caster wheel can slide along sideways because there is more friction resisting the steering mechanism than there is between the plastic wheel and floor surface carpet, hardwood, etc. The product is perfectly backwards. Furthermore, 3/4" long screws are included for mounting even though 5/8" thick wood is a common thickness for the type of small furniture that would be perfect for this very application! Even with the thickness of the metal mounting plate and an added washer, if you use the side holes you will punch through 5/8" thick material! I had to go out and buy 1/2" x #8 wood screws. This product is a simple, obvious design inside corner mounted casters with the worst planning and execution I have ever seen. I mounted these to a two-drawer file cabinet that I have to push out of the way when I need the space - after installing these corner casters, it is just as difficult to move across hardwood flooring as when the cabinet only had the plastic "feet" on the bottom.

I thought these casters would work great for the bar I made for my garage. After installing them I found that the casters would not spin because the wheel was hitting the bracket. I would not recommend these to anyone for any project because the design is bad. Maybe if they had better wheels with a bearing between the bracket and the caster it may work better.

I built this entertainment center, and wanted it to be easy to move, but I was affraid that regular casters could shift the balance and become tippy. I used these corner casters, and they worked great. As the wheels swivel they stay under the corner and keep the cabinet stable!
