A must for all cribs, these convenient teething rails fit snugly on 3/4'' stock. The clear plastic rail is 49-7/8'' long and easily cuts to size. Sold in pairs. Note: Teething Rails are included in #30858 #30858 Crib Hardware Kit --sold separately. (Teething Rails are not included in the Rodless Crib Hardware.)
To comply with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission crib regulations, spindles for cribs should be no more than 2-3/8" apart to prevent entrapment.

The teething rails arrived within a few days, well packaged, and are exact replacements for the old cracked ones I installed on a crib I made for my children 26+ years ago. The fast service helped me get the crib ready for a new generation of grandchildren. These rails were to replace the cracked ones we had on a crib we got from a friend. When we got the product, the rail fitted perfectly onto the crib. Although they made the mistake of shipping only one piece, Rockler's customer service personnel came to the rescue and shipped us out a replacement asap. There were no arguments, no loads of questions. What great customer service!

Using these on a crib I am building for my son who is about to be born. These rails are just right for the crib and fit on the standard 3/4 thick stock you get at the local lumber supplier. I wish they had been a little longer so they could span the entire length of my rails (52 inches), but they should still be good. I like the lip that can sit in a groove on the rail to keep it in place.
