The product functions exactly as described, and the results have drawn innumerable positive comments from my friends. The reason I only rated them good was because of the documentation included. The documentation was somewhat confusing, and I am a trained engineer, and the application that I was utilizing them for was not addressed in the documentation. If you are using them inside of an existing cabinet the recommended depth can be longer than the documentation suggests, but it does require modifying the positioning of the slide on the bottom of the drawer.
