Technical Details:

Used for positioning cabinet profiles on cabinet sides
Holds cabinet profile in place while screws are installed or pilot holes are made
Keeps cabinet profiles level
Ideal for face frame cabinets when positioning rear mount sockets
Can be used with the following Blum runners: METABOX 320 N, M, K, H and METABOX 330 M, K & H

Mark on the cabinet front where the bottom of the drawer is to be mounted (includes 5mm safety clearance). Choose the notch on the handle that matches the drawer type. Place cabinet profile in the MINIFIX, hold against the mark and use a piloting bit to bore the mounting holes. Attach the cabinet profiles with wood screws.

I was a cabinet installer for Sears. Too bad I didn't see this then. The tool helps you install glides vertically square to the face frame. You still need to adda 1" block +/- to keep horizontally square. I had to cut it down so I could use it for the bottom drawers. And drill two holes for screw-views and attaching. I finally cherry'd out our kitchen with rollouts and another drawer bank. This tool is worth the money!

I ordered this jig for installing Blum slides in lower kitchen cabinets with face frames. I found it not at all useful for this purpose! I can see how the jig can work with euro-style cabinets, but use with face frame cabinets results in inexact placement of the slides.
