I'm on my third year with this product and it's still perfect. I have actually put my miter saw away because of the results I get with my table saw. LOVE it!!

I have not had it long enough to wear it out, but the adjustment is great, positive positioning. Item came with a small parts bag ripped open. I emailed Rockler and found that all the parts were intact. The stop block did not lock in position, so the replacement block is on the way to me. I have "T" slots on my saw table, and the guide bar was easy to set and slides smoothly with no side play.
I anticipate extensive use with proper care. The variety of adjustment options and the ability to add my own attachments is a big "plus".

I purchased this for my husband, as he had broken his. He is very pleased with quality and ease of use of this. He makes cabinets and says it is first rate.

I found as a few others here, that the adjustable bar did tend to bind in the T-slot causing the bar to move out of adjustment. After several additional attempts to keep the bar adjusted, 2 of the aluminum screws stripped out and the threads in the bar were damaged. As always, Rockler was "Customer Great Service" and when I called today, they shipped a new bar and additional screws. I will visit the local hardware here and purchase some steel screws that I know will not strip.
The screws and aluminum adjustment bar would be the only things that I would recommend being replaced by a steel bar and steel screws. Otherwise, buy this little gauge!! Rockler service "Rocks"!

I bought the miter gauge to get better accuracy than my old one. It was greatly improve. I also had some trouble setting up the bar adjustment, but it was OK. Keeping the slot clean and lubricating with Silicone helps keep everything sliding nicely. I did have a problem with the handle. One drop and it broke off. Looks like minimal contact area between the ID or the handle and a screw head. I'll update after I get around to fixing it. The increments are 1 1/2 degrees , so if you need one degree,look at others. I only found one time when this bothered me and a dollar bill solved the problem.
Editor's note: We'll be able to replace that broken handle for you.

Directions clearly written, easy to set up, works very well. After an additional adjustment of the miter guage bar width to reduce the clearance, the first cut was very accurate.

Being a 30-year machinist I was pleased with the quality of the Sure-Loc - very good fit and finish and it checked out square and true. I think that you get a very good product for a reasonable price. I have plans to get another Sure-Loc for the router table that I'm building.
