1) Submitted by Wesley Fife, from Lava Hot Springs, ID on 3/8/2010 Customer Rating: I originally ordered 5 of #34348 drawer pulls. As I started to install them one of them was bent and bent so far that I had to try to straighten it out. I put it in the vice and used a mallet to try and straighten it but it broke. That is why I ordered one more. I really like the product and the other 4 were very nice to work with and looked nice once installed.
