Ordered this blade to cut an expensive sheet of Walnut veneered plywood. Used it with a zero-clearance insert and the quality of the cut could not have been better. Absolutly flawless! Not so much as the first chip. If you will be cutting plywood of any kind, you NEED this blade!

This blade provides an excellent very clean cut in 3/4 melamine and oak plywood products. No chip outs!

I paired this blade with a zero clearance insert and it cut 3/4" pre-finished birch veneer plywood like a dream. clean cuts and no splintering. It also worked great when i ripped some engineered oak flooring.

The blade does an excellent job cutting double sided HPL laminate plywood, plywood and crosscutting hardwoods. I would suggest using a zero clearance table saw insert.
"My new favourite store!
I just finshed my very first woodworking project (A workbench of course...couldn't do much without it!) and I can honestly say I did it mistake-free because of the advice from Charlie at the Rockler Store on S.Lyndale Ave. in Minneapolis.
He sold me what I needed, not what I thought I needed. (which would have been about twice as much!) He was very patient with all my questions, and gave me great advice on how to do things.
These folks are knowledgable and extremely helpful.
Charlie & Rockler - Thank You for all your help and all your future help!
- A new loyal customer." -
