1) Submitted by R. Flynn, from Dewitt, NY on 9/15/2007 This book has a great layout and is easy to follow. It is geared to only building sheet-stock cabinets. I was looking for a cabinetry reference for cabinets with hardwood front. I made the adjustments and everything came out great.

It does not cover face-frame construction or any complicated cabinetry. It does cover how to start with your sheet goods to finished cabinet. The layout and cutlists are nice and easy to read. Lots of photos for clarity. Overall a good book for a beginner cabinetmaker and DIY'er, but does not cover different styles and accessories for the kitchen.

I guess the title "The Complete Cabinet Makers Reference" book led me to think it was more than a beginning woodworkers instruction manual for building boxes from sheet goods. Complete means a lot more to me than what this book provides. A true disappointment.
