I haven't used these yet but they appear to solve a common problem when using pipe clamps.

It looks like Rockler Woodworking and Hardware has done it again! This innovative company, known for selling “why didn’t I think of that?” woodworker’s accessories, has another winner with its “Bench Blocks”. We all have jury-rigged pipe clamp holders which are either suitable for only one size of project, or which fall apart as soon as we get our project glued up; it's time to toss them into the scrap bin.
The Bench Block set contains four heavy-duty pipe clamp holders with snap-in slots for 3/4” pipes and pipe clamps. These blocks have 90° opposing slots which lift and hold 3/4” pipe up from the workbench and allow a woodworker sturdy support for assembly of doors or frames.
And heavy-duty is the keyword here. I placed the four blocks, one in each corner, fitted them with four lengths of 3/4” pipe, and stood on the pipes. My 190 lbs. didn’t do anything other than lift me a couple of inches off the ground. But heavy-duty isn’t the Bench Blocks only strong suit.
Manufactured with four screw holes, they allow a Number 10 or 12 screw at each corner to hold the project on the bench, or the ability to hang the glued project on a wall.
When I mentioned snap-in slots, I meant it. Snapping in a ¾” pipe gives a resounding snap that keeps the pipe from rotating within the slot. We all have experienced pipe clamps with a mind of their own; this problem is gone. The blocks, four to a box are a welcome addition to my tool collection!
