I have had this lathe for two weeks now. Plenty of power and torgue, the EVS is awesome. Just being able to dial-in a needed speed is great. Lathe is very heavy and solid-it makes turning so much more enjoyable.
I would definitely recommend this lathe to anyone needing to step up to a full size lathe.

Recently purchased this lathe for Segmented and Burl turning. What can I say - plenty of power and handles the large pieces quite nicely. I do this as a hobby and sell a few pieces so this works very well for me.

I would recommend this one to anyone that asked and would buy another if I had the need.
