I recently retrofitted 38 doors in a kitchen. These were the only concealed hinge I could find to do the job. I took the doors to a cabinet shop, and for much less than I would have spent at the house had the doors properly bored. This made the installation straight forward as every door had the exact distance from top and bottom to center of hinge. I simply made a gauge block to use for mounting the bottom hinge plate to the faceframe, snapped the door in place and screwed off the upper hinge plate.
The hinges work well and have plenty of adjustment. I will use them again.

These hinges are the perfect solution to retrofitting older cabinet doors. I recently installed 15 pair in a kitchen and the result was great. A couple of things to consider:
- The mounting plates work well but the installation is rather tedious. I found if you use a self tapping hexhead screw to mount the bracket to the face frame it makes it a million times easier because you don't need to pre drill or fight to keep the phillips head engaged on the provided screws.
- I found that the mounting brackets are made specifically for 3/4" face frames. I had to drill new mounting holes in the bracket to move the base closer to the face of the cabinet because the face frames were 5/4" material.
- finally, just make sure you have a right angle drill or compact drill for these
Overall these are awesome!

Very good product -- found that the bracket that hooks to the cabinet was very hard to install. Getting tools and hands in the small space was very frustrating.

This is a decent hinge and the only 'Euro' type hinge I could locate for a lipped door. Installation was straightforward and I am certainly pleased.

I was looking for a hidden hinge for 3/8" recessed doors. The hinges were installed before the cabinet fronts were attached to the wall. I did several tests before drilling the holes in the cabinet doors. They installed rather easily. Plus they have 4 degrees of adjustment to align the doors. The fact that depressing a release tab on the hinge the doors can be easily removed and replaced. The only problem I had was measuring 47/64".

The 3/8" overlay door hinge is fantastic. It's solid, strong, holds the door closed, is fairly easy to install and is completely invisible. I replaced the hinges on eight cabinet doors in about 3 hours.
I used the Rockler jig to speed things up and was very satisfied with the results. My real concern was mounting the hinge bracket to the cabinet's face frame. This was difficult, you're working in a closed in area that's not visible. You need a 90 degree drill, a centering bit and a small clamp to hold the mounting plate to the face frame. Using the Rockler jig to mount the hinge to the door makes your task simple. Every hinge is then in the same place allowing you to easily determine the hardware location on the cabinet face frame.
The hinges are expensive but worth every penny.
