The only digital direct-drive router lift delivers dead-on accuracy and easy repeatability, eliminating test cuts to properly adjust the bit. PLUS, make easy bit changes and eliminate backlash for a safer workshop.
Named a Popular Woodworking Best New Tool in 2004!
Digital display recessed into the top plate provides precise height adjustments guaranteed accurate to within .001".
“Zero out” any router bit and dial it up to a predetermined height. Do your “trial-and-error” cut the first time you ever use that bit; after that, zero out the bit and run it up to the predetermined height and start cutting.
Digital display can be viewed in SAE to .001" or metric to .01 mm.
LCD display automatically shuts off after 15 minutes to conserve battery life.
Absolute encoder records the last setting that was in memory when you turn the unit off or turn the handle.
Changing bits is easy with a 3-3/4" range of travel from top to bottom. This makes it possible to raise the router high enough to expose the bit chuck and gain easy access for router bit removal in seconds.
Height adjustment handle adjusts the router carriage, router motor and bit in 1/16" increments.
Eliminates backlash with a continuously self-adjusting anti-backlash direct-drive system.
All moving components are either stainless steel or completely shielded from dust and debris, eliminating wear and parts abrasion.
Special “thread-clearing” feature prevents particles from entering the internal mechanism.
Snuggers and corner leveling pads are accessible from under the router table.
Plate measures 9.240" x 11.740" with 3/4" radius corners; fits into a standard 9-1/4" x 11-3/4" opening with a ledge milled to a depth of 7/16" x 1/2" wide.
With the insert ring removed the 3-5/8" opening in the top plate is large enough to accommodate even the largest router bits, including 3-1/2" panel raisers.
Includes three insert rings with openings of 1/2", 2-1/2" and 1-3/8" to allow the use of a guide bushing.
5-piece insert ring set (sold separately) has openings of 3/4", 1", 1-1/2", 2" and a blank insert that can be custom drilled.
Fits either the Porter-Cable 7518 or 7519 (3-1/4 HP electronic soft start, variable or fixed speed) router.
Adapter sleeve (sold separately) accommodates all of the most popular fixed-base routers, including Porter-Cable 690 and 890 series; DeWalt 610, 616 and 618; Bosch 1617 and 1618.
Customer Rating:
This lift made it possible to repeat cuts for my kitchen cabinets with ease. Just record the settings for the cuts and when needed dial back in and continue where I left off. Very easy to use and setup I wish I had gotten it before I would have finished the kitchen years before.

This is a great router lift kit. It's easy to use and adjust. The digital readout (which uses 2 AA batteries) is easy to read. It makes set up a breeze and very repeatable.

Bought with anticipation of accurate settings and setting changes. While routing first pass, readout changes from say 2.15 to -1.11. Factory said remove battery, reinstall battery and that might fix it. It did not. Factory replaced digital unuit. No change in results. Will find the problem someday. Am considering putting Jessem lift back in table and going back to set up blocks.

Well mine just failed. Fails to engage raising and lowering. Lasted 2 yrs 3 weeks...my invoice fell out of the owners manual as I attempted to find troubleshooting info. Manual says don't open it up...factory sealed.

I bought the lift without opening the box and looking at it first. The manual and digital scales were not even close to being accurate. I sent it back to Jointech and they sent me an accurate one, even though Rockler would have let me return it. Overall the lift is well constructed and works as is should. After seeing the Jointech and Incra router lifts side by side (out of the box) the Incra looks to be heavier duty and the crank turns smoother, but the reason I bought the lift was for the digital repeatability. When Incra makes a routerlift with digital scale it will be the one to buy!
