Minwax® Polycrylic® Protective Finish

Crystal clear, fast-drying protective topcoat is perfect for furniture, trim, doors, cabinets and paneling. Resists damage from abrasion, scuffing, chipping, water, alcohol and other common household chemicals. For use over bare wood, oil- and water-based stains, paint and wallpaper.

The clarity of Polycrylic protective finish makes it an ideal topcoat over Minwax water-based wood stains and any wood surface, especially light woods like maple, ash and birch. Very little odor. Dries in two hours. Cleans up easily with soap and water. Apply with synthetic bristle brush. For interior wood surfaces only. Non-flammable.

Boy was I pleasantly surprised at how well this works. I spray it with my Rockler HVLP gun and 3 coats with 220 grit in between and I get some of the best finish I've done, I'm no expert though. It's tough, looks great and just makes you want to run your hand over the wood.
