Even though all the reviews were excellent I am always a bit skeptical when trying something new. This stuff blew me away, it is everything everybody says it is. I highley recommend this to anyone, I will be buying more for Christmas presents for all my woodworking friends.

This is the second time I've ordered this product, and I ordered it again because it exceeded my expectations of performance terrifically. Great stuff!

Came across this a few years ago when the top of my saw rusted. I have an unheated garage, and use a propane heater when I work out there. Of course, all the up and down lead to a lot of condensation. This stuff and a Scotch Brite pad work great. I start with a green pad to get off the "heavy stuff", and switch to a finer grade for the final rinse. Looks great, and lasts about a month. Strongly recommend it to anyone.

Absolutely worthless. Save your money and get a product with acid. I have light to medium rust on a drill press table and this product did nothing even with multiple applications.

I don't care how well you take care of your tools, eventually case iron tops will get stains and rust. I usually do maintenance periodically and an excellent way to make this maintenace fast and easy is to use Top Saver. I use a course scotch brite pad and cut it the size to fit my 1/4 sheet palm sander. I spray on the Top Saver and let the sander do the work. In a little over an hour I can cover all of my machines. Works great!

I have a table saw with a cast steel top that had been left in the rain. The top was 100 percent covered with rust. I used the saw while building my house and barely wore any of the rust off. I liked the table saw and wanted to try to salvage it. I was at my local Rockler store and saw Top Saver Rust Remover and Lubricant kit. The kit came with the Top Saver Rust Remover and Lubricant, gloves, a couple abrasive pads and gloves. I was a little skeptical since my saw was in very poor condition, but I thought what the heck, couldn’t hurt. I followed the directions and was very please with the very first application. In one application about 70 percent of the rust was removed. Very encouraging. I wore out the two little abrasive pads after the first application; I didn’t expect them to last since the top was so bad. I switched to an abrasive wheel in my drill; which was made of the same material as the pads included with the kit. I sprayed the table with the Top Saver Rust Remover and Lubricant then hit it with the abrasive wheel. After about ten minutes of light even passes over the entire top, keeping the top wet with the Top Saver Rust Remover and Lubricant, I wiped it clean and WOW. The top looked like new!!! Once a week I now spray the table saw top with Top Saver Rust Remover and Lubricant and buff it clean with a clean towel. I never knew wood could slide over a surface so easy. I would recommend this product 110 percent to anyone that needed to cleanup the surface of a rusted tool or wanted to keep there tool surfaces in great shape. I cleaned up my saw about six months ago and it still looks great today.
