Preval® Spray Gun

This handy pocket-size tool sprays virtually any liquid: paint, lacquer, solvent, stain, oil, cleaners and more! Just fill the container with the mixture of your choice, attach the power unit and spray away. Lightweight compact size is great for touchups! Additional containers allow you to keep finish samples for perfect color-matching. Completely portable system eliminates air lines and other bulky equipment for easy access to tight spots. One power unit sprays up to 16 oz. of liquid.

Spray Gun with Power Unit and Container includes cap for container Thinning guide included on package. No CFCs. Containers hold 6 oz. of liquid. Cleanup is easy – just a short burst of solvent cleans the power unit. Please note that Preval Power Units can only be shipped to addresses within the continental United States by UPS Ground only.

1) Submitted by Tom Breving, from Oxford, CT on 11/14/2007 Customer Rating: It is an very good product for small touch-up work. I used it after a weld repair to apply acrylic lacquer. The propellant lasts a long time and clean-up is easy.

I find that the "Preval" spray outfit is perfect for spraying finishing like poly, lacquer and shellac. I have a compressor driven finish spray gun as well as a large gun but the clean-up after a small job is just too time consuming. The "Preval" is perfect for my needs, a real time saver.

It's in the garbage can. Editor's note: Rockler has a 90 day return policy. We encourage you to return the item for refund rather than throwing it away if you are not satisfied with the performance of it.

4) Submitted by J. Scott, from Las Vegas, NV on 11/14/2011 Customer Rating: I would give it four stars for clear finish or toner but a one-star for latex paint-where it doesn't work. I also used it to spray outdoor stain on a playground set, and the outdoor stain pretty thin ran through it fine.
