About the author: Jeff Miller designs, builds, writes and teaches furnituremaking in his Chicago studio. He is also a frequent lecturer at woodworking seminars. He has recieved numerous awards and his work can be found in museum collections.
Chairmaking and Design received the 1998 Stanley award for Best How-To Book. This 2nd edition, released in 2006, is the result of even further revision and improvement.
