I used the wrap around hinge to replace a standard piano hinge while restoring several toy boxes. I built them 10 years ago and the original screws loosened where secured into "end grain". (I used MDF for the box.) The wrap around hinge seems to have solved that. The only problem is that although they don’t cause a clearance issue, the supplied screws don’t seat flush.

Always a pleasure dealing with Rockler. This product did the trick for a banquette I built for a client. Two small glitches - although wrapped to a 1x for shipping, one of the three I purchased had a slight twist to it, and the screws do not set flush. I worked around it and everything came out fine.
