Our NEW and improved benchtop model boasts all the features of our
larger tables, including an 8" x 11" x 1/4" thick aluminum router plate, and
a sturdy steel stand. It can be toted around as needed and stowed on a
shelf when not in use - perfect for smaller shops. The thick 1" MDF top
features a 3/4" aluminum miter track and plate levelers that allow you to
level the router plate perfectly with the top. Also features our precision-
machined, anodized aluminum fence, which slides along two T-slots for
easy adjustment and removal. Two 3" x 10" adjustable fence faces allow
you to minimize the gap around the router bit, and feature a T-slot for
accessories. Both fence and table are melamine for minimal friction. The included router
plate is pre-drilled for the most popular routers on the market: the Porter
Cable 690 and 890 series, Bosch 1617/1618, Makita 1100-1101 series and Dewalt
DW616, DW618 series.
Can be
drilled to fit other routers.

I was impressed by the quality of materials and ease of assembly. I suppose that the plate leveling could be improved, but it does the job and I've had no problems. It's the perfect size for my small shop and I have used it a number of times with excellent results. The table, once set up is, incredible stable. I've purchased a number of Rockler branded items and I've never been disapointed. They should underline "Rock" in Rockler for their rock solid product line.

To use this product, numerous modification were first required.
First: I had to design and build a complete dust collection system. As shown in the photo, I enclosed all the open sides, including the base. The base is actually a drawer to allow removal of the prodigious amount of dust that routers create. Note the hinged front door to allow adjustment of the router height and changing of the bits.
Second: There is no place to store tools, shims, or other accessories needed by the table. Therefore, I built a storage area inside the custom box, also accessible through the hinged door.
Third: No power switch. I recycled one I had on hand from spare parts, though one is offered at an extra charge by Rockler.
Fourth: the vacuum attachment did not fit the rather standard sized hose on my shop-vac. According to the folks at the local Rockler store, the Rockler dust attachment will not fit any Rockler adapters. After giving up trying to get a shop-vac hose to connect to the table attachment, they finally gave up and told me to go to the local home improvement store and get their advice. If your experience with home improvement stores is like mine, you'll understand why I resorted to duct tape instead, at least for now.
Finally: If you look closely at the photo, you will notice that the shim on the left fence is riding on top of the fence tightening bolts, and that it is too long for the fence. The shim has slots, presumably to fit around the tightening bolts, but the slots are not cut in the correct position. Therefore, the user may have to cut new slots, and shorten all six shims, if they are to ride as intended in the fence.
After these modifications (and a few more to come), I expect to get many years of service from this table.

I liked the construction. Heavy and sturdy. Like another review I felt the leveling mechanism was cheap compared to the rest of the table. I like the size and the ability to move it.

Just the right size, weight and complexity for a small shop/hobby wood worker. The only thing I did not care fore was the plate leveling system, as Paul mentioned in his review. I look forward to using this handy table for years to come.

I purchased the table not knowing for sure what router I was going to purchase to use with it. I decided to purchase the Triton 2 1/4 hp router. Unfortunately the table insert is predrilled for Group A routers and not the Triton. Rockler was very nice and let me exchange the predrilled base for a blank one even after it was delivered to me. I have just tried it and quickly decided to get the dust port and featherboard set. So far I am very happy with it.

Perfect for my small work shop. I picked it up last November when Rockler offered a free router with the table. Couldn't pass the deal up and it handles everything I throw at it. I beats setting up guides to route straight lines with a hand held!
