1) Submitted by Paul Landers, from Cambridge, MD on 3/28/2008 Customer Rating: It would have been helpful to have realized the 5/16" notation for this bit not only denoted bit size but shank size also. Now I have a bit that I cannot use until I obtain an adaptor to fit my 3/8" router collet. Editors note: shanks on these bits are 8mm rather than 5/16". 8mm shanks requires router with 1/2" collet and the use of the 24635 adaptor listed in this offers.
