However, there is a very limited design constraint for the pen it can hold.

However, on the second one I purchased, the ball swivel popped out of the socket when minimal pressure was applied during mounting. I had to compress the joint in a vise in order to make it work. Didn't have time to return for replacement but a little dissapointed in the quality control. I have ordered from Rockler for a number of years and always received quality products and service.
