Custom Screw Cap Punch Kit

Make your own veneer screw caps from whatever material you want: wood veneers, and PVC. Patented hole punch with ratcheting action generates enormous leverage for tough materials. Cuts 3/8", 9/16" and 11/16" diameter screw caps. For a clean finish, the kit also includes the Flush Mount Screw Cap Drill Bit (see 30681) for sinking screw caps perfectly flush with the surrounding surface. Bonus PowerHead screws feature a flat, 9/16" diameter head that self-countersinks, but won’t pull through.

Replaceable drill bit. Comes with two Allen wrenches and two knurled screws for setting depth. PowerHead Screws: Flat, 9/16" diameter head provides superior holding power and won’t pull through.
