8'' Wing Compass

However; if you want to use it to scribe to walls or floors or whatever, it less than desirable. It is a good tool, very sturdy and very solid. If what you were scribing had a gap bigger than 1/2 inch than you are fine, but for the smaller scribes it is difficult to use.
