The ultimate high-performance straight bit eliminates chipping on both sides of the workpiece. Ideal for pattern routing on double-sided panels, edgework, mortises and more. Solid Carbide. 1/2" shank.

Application: Fine finish, chip-free routing in double-sided veneers and laminates.

  • Combination of up and down shear flutes eliminate chipping on both sides of double-sided veneers or laminated materials for a fine finish.
  • Cuts all composition materials, plywoods, hardwoods, and softwoods.

Paired with 2 1/4 hp porter cable, it went through 3/8" solid oak cleanly without any hesitation. Safety precaution: this bit would laugh at your fingers.
